Union Academy runs on people who show up. Teachers who stay late. Coaches who run one more rep. Custodians and maintenance crews who have the building ready before the first car pulls into the lot. Cafeteria and front office staff. Bus and carpool drivers. Volunteers, parents, grandparents, alumni and donors who give their hours and their dollars without being asked twice.
Most of that work never gets an audience. All of it shows up in our students.
